Abstract
The anti-T lectin from jackfruit (Artocarpus integrifolia) has been crystallized in two distinct forms. One of them is monoclinic, P$2_1 $with a = 84·1 $\AA$, B = 92·5 $\AA$, C = 168·2 $\AA$ (1 $\AA$ = 0·1 nm) and $\beta$ = $90·2 ^0$, while the other is orthorhombic, $P2_12_12_1$, with a = 92·5 $\AA$, B = 98·7 $\AA$ and C = 164·5 $\AA$. Both the crystal forms contain eight tetrameric molecules ($M_r$$\approx$ 40,000) in the unit cell.
