Abstract

We demonstrate a liquid crystal (LC) integrated tunable silicon ring resonator with in-plane electro-optic tuning performance of 0.87�/mW or 30 pm/V. We present the simulation, fabrication, and characterization results of the device. © 2022 IEEE.
