Abstract

We have designed a novel Polarization Independent, Broadband, trapezoidal bilayer grating structure on GeOI platform which couples nearly 70 of Transverse Electric (TE) and 60 of Transverse Magnetic (TM) modes respectively. © 2022 The Author(s)
