Abstract

By enhancing specific experiences, simplifying healthcare services, and guaranteeing patient and travel safety, AI integration has completely changed these industries. Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered virtual assistants and recommendation systems in experiential tourism respond to individual preferences by providing personalized recommendations and seamless support during the trip. In the meantime, artificial intelligence (AI) in medical tourism makes it easier to obtain high-quality remote healthcare services by enabling precise diagnosis, customized treatment programs, and virtual healthcare platforms. AI also helps with risk assessment and preventative safety measures, which improves patients' and tourists' overall pleasure and peace of mind. This chapter promises more developments and innovation in the future by highlighting the critical role AI is playing in changing the face of medical and experience tourism. © 2024 by IGI Global.
