Abstract
We present a compact, efficient, low-loss strip to double-slot waveguide coupling in the SOI platform. We demonstrate an insertion loss of 0.025 dB/coupler. The slot mode excitation is experimentally verified using a double-slot Mach Zehnder Interferometer. © 2021 IEEE.
