Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a simple approach to enhance second-harmonic generation (SHG) from multilayer Gallium Selenide by encapsulating with an optimized thickness of low-index dielectric layers. 46-times enhancement is observed showing good agreement with nonlinear wave propagation simulation. © OSA 2021, © 2021 The Author(s)
