Abstract

This work demonstrates the perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3) solar cell devices on flexible stainless-steel as a substrate that can be used for flexible electronics applications. The preliminary attempts of the device fabrication showed a power conversion efficiency of 3.45. The reasons for obtaining device performance and scope of their improvement are investigated and discussed.
