Abstract

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C25H24SN4O2, the pyrrole ring adopts an envelope conformation. Each of the 4-methylbenzylidene units is planar and they make angles of 12.26 (8) and 85.46 (10)degrees with the four coplanar atoms of the pyrrole ring. The thiophene ring makes an angle of 75.06 (9)degrees with this plane. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N - H...O and C - H...O hydrogen bonds.
