Abstract
Two-dimensional correlated experiments have been performed on an oriented spin system of the type $AA^{\prime}BB^{\prime}$. It is demonstrated that such experiments lead to detailed information on the symmetry, origin, and connectivity of various transitions, yielding information on spectral parameters. The flip-angle dependence of various intensities in the two-dimensional spectrum is analysed. A multiple-quantum pathway description is introduced to explain the flip-angle dependence of the intensities of various lines in two-dimensional correlated experiments.
