Abstract

We demonstrate 4-order enhancement in Raman signal from a fluorescent dye integrated to a planar SiN-guided mode resonator realized on quartz substrate. This is the best reported in a planar dielectric platform exploiting guided-mode resonance. © 2024 IEEE.
