Abstract
We demonstrate a low-loss, non-volatile phase switching of antimony selenide on a silicon microring resonator. We present the feasibility of a controlled multi-state weight definition that is essential for neuromorphic applications. We also present material, electrical, and optical characteristics in comparsion with GST. © 2024 IEEE.
