Abstract

We demonstrate phonon mode softening with 300 increase in Pockels coefficient using strain-engineered PZT loaded Silicon MZI having Pt buffer layer. It is corroborated by 400 increase in EO tensor using DFT simulations. © Optica Publishing Group 2023, © 2023 The Author(s)
