Abstract

We present DFT simulation for effect of vacancy in PZT phonon mode softening leading to �90 and 99 reduction in Pockels coefficient with 50pm/V and 2pm/V peak value for Oxygen and Lead vacancy respectively. © Optica Publishing Group 2023, © 2023 The Author(s)
