Abstract

We study resonance tuning in Gallium Selenide integrated Silicon Nitride ring resonators in the 700-800 nm wavelength range using single- and multi-photon absorption processes. Blue-shift observed in the resonances is attributed to free-carrier refraction effects. © 2022 IEEE.
