Abstract

In this paper we are presenting an analysis method for studying a rectenna circuit when it is excited by harmonic or non-harmonic waves. An ultra wideband antenna is used to capture the power and is transferred to a half wave rectifier through a matching network. The RF-DC conversion efficiency of the proposed method is compared and verified with the same quantity obtained by using the conventional approach using a sinusoidal waveform. © 2023 IEEE.
