Abstract

A compact 1 4 wavelength demultiplexer is designed on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) platform by inverse method with channel spacing of 10 nm in C band. All four channels (1530 nm, 1540 nm, 1550 nm, 1560 nm) show the peak transmission of -1 dB. © 2023 IEEE.
