Abstract

Design and experimental demonstration of polarization-independent quasi-BIC resonances at 3.5 μm wavelength in silicon metasurfaces with double-asymmetric unit-cells are presented. Polarization-independent wavelength conversion from mid infrared to visible using resonant four-wave mixing is also demonstrated. © Optica Publishing Group 2023 © 2023 The Author(s)
