Abstract

Super-resolution in second harmonic generation microscopy is demonstrated using fabricated multi-step phase masks designed using particle-swarm optimization. Experimentally obtained maximum improvement in resolution of 39 is used for quartz test feature and collagen imaging. © 2022 The Author(s)
