Abstract

Dispersion tailoring of asymmetric vertical-dual slot waveguides in Silicon-on-Insulator is performed. The asymmetry introduced in widths and position of dual slots are utilized to engineer the dispersion characteristics of the photonic waveguide. © 2019 IEEE.
