Abstract

On-chip side-band suppression with enhanced SFDR and tunable suppression ratio (5dB-44dB)is demonstrated over 42Km SMF. 100 dBHz2/3 SFDR is achieved by suppressing the 3IMD with back drop port of a self-coupled micro ring resonator.
