Abstract

We report continuous electrolyte concentration measurement along a flow-channel using ring-loaded Mach-Zehnder interferometer in SOI platform. We also present the effect of hydrogen peroxide on the electrolyte concentration. The measured concentration shows excellent agreement with the Abbe refractometer. © OSA 2021.
