Abstract

We demonstrate high-efficiency S ilicon N itride g ratings f or fi ber-chip coupling in 850-900 nm. Experimentally measured peak efficiency is -4.44 dB and -3.4 dB for uniform and apodized gratings, respectively. © OSA 2021, © 2021 The Author(s)
