Abstract

This paper addresses some of the developmental issues concerned with academia industry interactions in developing countries & challenges involved in the management of these collaborations. The issues addressed here are directed towards organizational level ones from the point of view of their importance and action needed. A few dimensions of development of this activity are picked up for detailed discussion followed by a few suggestions.
