Abstract

The crystal structure of N-(-nitrobenzylidene)-3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline (II) has been determined by X-ray structure analysis. This belongs to a class of benzylidene anilines. The structure was solved by direct method. The molecular packing of the non-planar molecules are held by Van der Waals and F ���� H7, O ����Cl, F����FandN����H interactions
