Abstract
In this paper, we obtain the exact controllability of a semi-linear thermo-elastic system described by the partial differential equations: $ \omega_t_t - \gamma\triangle \omega_t_t + \Delta(2)\omega + \alpha\Delta\theta + f(\theta)= 0 in \Omega_T$ $ \theta_t - \Delta\theta + \sigma\theta -\alpha\Delta\omega_t + g(\omega) = u in \Omega_T$ with Dirichlet boundary conditions when the Lipschitz constants of the non-linearities f and g are small.
