Abstract

Equilibrium unfolding studiesof sheep liver tetrameric serine hydroxymethyltransfe (SHMT, EC 2.1.2.1) revealed that the enzyme assumed randomcoil structure above 3 M guideline hydrochloride (GdnHCL).
