Abstract
In this paper we report the temperature and magnetic-field dependence of conductivity of 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) film. The measurements have been carried out in the temperature range of 600 to 1.4 K and at magnetic fields upto 7 T. The film is obtained by pyrolysis at a temperature of about 900-1000°C. The film formed in this region shows very interesting temperature independent conductivity. Sample formed at a temperature of 700-800°C has a conductivity variation of the form exp $(T^{-025})$.
