Abstract
In the title molecule,$C_{15}H_{10}ClNO_{3}S$,the phenyl ring and the mean plane of the indole system make a dihedral angle of $78.3(1){^o}$. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H...O interactions.
