Abstract

This paper pertains to reduction of ultrasonic attenuation data on a parallel computer. A suitable algorithm has been developed for partitioning of data among processors, data reduction in parallel and for suitable two dimensional (2D) display of the corrected attenuation values as gray levels and characters.
