Abstract

Unique constellation and time frequency representation are key to any modulation scheme. This paper propose group Delay engineering to shape the time frequency representation of wideband signals. This paper demonstrates how an all pass network(APN) based configurable group delay engineered circuits enables signal diversity. This system also shows signal compression and decompression due to group delay distortion(GDD) characteristics of APN. A detailed signal design scheme has been presented to offer signal diversity.
