Abstract

Large single crystals of Sodium D-isoacsorbate monohydrate and Lithium L-ascorbate dehydrate were grown using solution growth technique. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss were monitored as a function of frequency at different temperatures. These are typically characterized by strong resonance peaks. The piezoelectric coefficients d(31), elastic coefficient (S-11) and electromechanical coupling coefficient (k(31)) were estimated by resonance-antiresonance method. The temperature dependence of the resonance-peaks frequencies was studied.
