Abstract

The problem of electron transfer mediated by the chemisorbed layer with random occupancy on a 2-dimensional lattice is taken up. The anal. employs linear response formalism and CPA for evaluating the current. Two cases referring to (1) the delocalized and (2) the localized electronic states in the chemisorbed layer are treated.
